Eric’s roots in Arizona go back generations. Like both of his parents, Eric was born and raised in Arizona, growing up in Mesa. After graduating from Westwood High School, he attended Arizona State University, where he graduated with a degree in psychology. Upon graduation, Eric focused on building a career in the business world, working for a large health benefits company. Eric has proudly worked for the same company his entire professional career.
Eric has spent over twenty years in the private sector, and understands the challenges faced by employees and employers alike. And in his current role planning budgets for his employer, Eric is responsible for determining the number of people his company needs to hire – making Eric a true “job creator”.
As a community activist, Eric has spoken with many Arizonans who have worked hard, played by the rules, and yet still find themselves losing their jobs, their homes, their dignity and their security. Eric wants to work hard to help our neighbors find solutions to these challenges and get our state back on track.
Eric knows the concerns of Arizonans aren’t dictated by the latest national media story of the week. Arizonans are focused on making sure we have good-paying jobs, great schools in our neighborhoods and making sure our communities are always places we’re proud to call home. That’s why Eric will focus on bringing jobs to Arizona, solving our housing challenges and empowering communities to solve local challenges.
